Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro and Enterprise plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can get a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your first payment.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Please note that after the 14-day period, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services.
